YPT courses are available completely online, so you can start learning at any time convenient for you. Simply choose your desired course on our website, pay for it, and gain access to the materials in your personal account immediately after payment

After purchasing a course, you have 30 days to activate it. Upon expiration of 3 months, the course will be annulled, so we recommend not delaying activation.

Various unforeseen circumstances (illnesses, sudden trips, work overload) can happen in life. For such situations, you always have the option to freeze the course in your personal account. You can pause the course several times, but not for more than 14 days in total.

Yes, our website is adapted for PCs and mobile devices and allows simultaneous use of the personal account from two devices.

If you encounter technical difficulties, please write to technical support – support@ypt.ae. Describe your problem in detail, specify the type and model of your device, and attach a screenshot of the error, so we can resolve the problem most quickly!

You can change your password in your personal account in the "Profile" section. If you don't remember your password, there is a password recovery option on the authorization page.

The course is valid for 30 calendar days from the moment of its activation in your personal account. The course validity period is indicated on the timer at the top of your personal account. After the expiration date, your personal account will be unavailable to you.

Payment is available on the website via the Cloud Payments service: – We using STRIPE for accepting payments. – Payment with foreign cards (VISA/MasterCard, Apple/Google Pay) for most countries. After proceeding to payment, a secure window with the payment page of the selected system will open, where you will need to enter your details to confirm the payment. Yes, payment is completely secure β€” we use modern payment processing systems, and all data is transmitted via encrypted protocols. Your confidential data does not fall into our hands or to third parties.

Within 10 minutes after successful payment, you will receive an email to the specified address with your login and password for your personal account. A link to your personal account will also be available in the welcome email.

If you haven't received a welcome email after successful payment, we first recommend checking your spam folder. If there's no email there either (unfortunately, this happens), write to our support service – support@ypt.ae, and we will promptly help you!

Primarily, all our programs are designed for home workouts and do not require special fitness equipment. However, if you feel more comfortable training surrounded by like-minded people, you can always visit a fitness gym and train there using our program, without using exercise machines.

Technically, you can only activate one course from the 'Fitness' section in your personal account. This is sufficient to maintain your workout intensity and give your body time to recover. If you still want to activate a second course simultaneously, please contact our support email: support@yapt.ae. We will definitely help you!

Yes, courses can be taken starting from 18 years old; there is no upper age limit.

Depending on the course, its complexity, and your fitness level, a workout can take from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours.

The program is designed for 3 or 4 workouts per week, depending on the chosen course. Workouts are automatically updated weekly from the moment of course activation and are numbered in order. You can always find the recommended training schedule and course details in the 'Courses' tab.

We have various training and nutrition programs. You can choose a course that suits your goal – including muscle gain. If you have difficulty choosing a course, you can always contact an online consultant on the website or a consultant in Telegram.

To avoid harming your health, we recommend consulting a doctor before purchasing any course. If you have any health restrictions advised by a doctor, it's best to consult with our managers for course selection."

We strive to create flexible meal plans that allow you to substitute products in case of allergies or food intolerances. If you know for sure that you cannot eat oranges, replace them with another fruit. You can always get advice on substitutions in the nutrition chat. If you feel discomfort during a meal and don't know why, we advise you to first consult a doctor, get tested, and receive recommendations.

There is no need to count calories, as your meal plan is balanced and fully calculated by our specialists. However, if you want to keep a food diary, we recommend using the "FatSecret" app.

Yes, you can swap similar meals from different days. For example, Tuesday's lunch can be replaced with Thursday's lunch, and so on.

f your goal is muscle gain or maintaining your shape, we have meal plans for you! Choose the desired goal and type of diet in the questionnaire when activating the course. Please note that some courses only include specific nutrition goals.

Of course, we do not forbid you from eating products not included in the diet. Our articles provide recommendations on choosing products, as well as dishes in restaurants. However, to achieve results, we recommend eating according to the course menu for the majority of the time.
