Each session is designed to target your full body with a focus on both upper and lower body strength, as well as core stability. Here’s the structure you’ll follow:
• Warm-Up Activation (mobility + light cardio)
• Main Workout
* 3 strength-based exercises (15–20 reps, 3 sets)
* 1 multi-set combo (2–3 exercises with minimal rest)
• Core Focus
* Abs circuit
* Plank variations
* Wall sit & hold challenge
• Cool Down (optional stretching)
